If circumstances or policies in your organisation change and you can no longer attend GCA Conference, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to us at E: [email protected]
The refund policy is as follows:
If you are travelling from another country to attend the GCA Conference, please remember to cancel your flight and hotel bookings as well. Cancelling your registration will not automatically cancel your travel arrangements. The Organiser takes no responsibility for any damages, costs, or losses should you cancel your registration or if the GCA Conference is cancelled.
Substitutions are allowed with written permission of the original registrant via email to E: [email protected]. A maximum of one (1) substitution per original registrant is allowed.
Entry visa, if required, has to be applied by the registrants. Please allow sufficient time for the visa application.
Please note that your registration details might be shared with the immigration authorities upon their request.
To receive an invitation letter from the Organiser, you will need to register and pay for the Conference delegate pass first. Please email us at E: xxx you’re your registration confirmation email attached for reference.
If you are not granted a visa, the registration fees will be reimbursed (less a S$100 administrative fee) if you provide us with an official document from local immigration authorities, showing the visa rejection and that the application was made at least one month (18 February 2020) before the Conference.
Only one (1) discount may be applied to an individual registration, no combination of discounts will be permitted.
Retroactive application of discount codes is not allowed and any request for exception must be made in writing to us at E: [email protected].
